As the care sector market leader and a trusted platform, Carehome.co.uk reviews are highly sought after. Each review is qualified and rigorously scrutinised by its dedicated review team and it is because of this that Avery supports its use across its portfolio of homes.
Not only is it an opportunity to let the quality of Avery’s service speak for itself but it is also an opportunity to learn on the rare occasions when we don’t meet expectations, so we can continuously improve on the service. Listening to feedback and responding accordingly has enabled us to make huge improvements in our delivery.
