Summer Fayre Fun at Edenbridge Manor
Staff and residents at Edenbridge Manor Care Home in Edenbridge, Kent, enjoyed a fun-packed day at their Summer Fayre on the 20th of August. With a bouncy castle, raffle, a selection of sweet treats, face painting, a beer tent and even a Pimm’s bus, it was an event not to be missed, and friends, relatives and members of the local community were invited along and enjoyed the day.
Later this year, Chloe, Well-being Co-ordinator at Edenbridge Manor, will be running the London Marathon and is raising funds for Dementia UK. During the fayre, the team raised £1232.40, supporting Chloe’s fundraising efforts.
Tina Jeffery, Customer Services Manager at Edenbridge Manor, said: “The Summer Fayre was a great success, and we received some excellent feedback. A member of our local community who attended on the day commented on the amazing atmosphere and the great selection of food, entertainment, and stalls.”
