Residents and Relatives Survey – Now Live!
We are excited to announce that our Residents and Relatives Survey is live!
As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are eager to hear from our residents and their loved ones. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us continually enhance the care and experience we provide across all our homes.
The survey, designed to be quick and easy, takes just five minutes and has 20 questions with an optional comment section for additional feedback. We’ve made it this way to ensure everyone has a chance to share their thoughts and suggestions without it being a burden on their time.
It will be open for three weeks, closing on Sunday 28th July.

For those who prefer a paper copy, these are available at the reception desk of each home. Completed paper surveys can be returned to the reception desk, where they will be scanned and sent to us.
Once the survey closes, we will compile a detailed results report. Your feedback, instrumental in driving ongoing improvements, ensures that Avery remains the preferred choice for residents and employees. Together, we can create meaningful lives and a wonderful community.
