Everyone has a story to tell and at Avery we think that the act of sharing these memories is an important aspect of anyone’s well-being, whether they are in a care setting or not.

We actively encourage our residents to share in their memories with staff and we encourage staff to take the time out to listen and appreciate what it is that is important to people they care for.
