Our Homes Go For Gold
This summer, our homes were buzzing with Olympic excitement!
At Lady Jane Court Care Home in Leicester, residents decided to bring the games to life with their own fun events including pool noodle javelin, seated football, balloon volleyball, and table tennis. The best part? Everyone was a winner, and the joy was contagious!
Over at Aran Court Care Home in Birmingham, residents kept the spirit alive by passing their very own Olympic torch from one person to the next – a beautiful way to bring everyone together.
Meanwhile, Avonmere Care Home in Bristol, had a blast with a full-on Olympic sports day, packed with activities that had everyone
cheering and laughing.
Dukes Court Care Home in Wellingborough also joined in with their own exciting games, making sure everyone felt like a champion.
Alma Court Care Home in Cannock had a blast supporting Team GB with their own games, including a tug of war where the ladies brought home gold!
Crispin Court Care Home in Stafford got in on the action too, hosting their own Olympics with archery, hook-a-duck and mini golf.
The fun activities had everyone joining in and celebrating! These games brought so much laughter, joy, and togetherness. From torch-passing to balloon volleyball, our residents truly made this summer one to remember!
