Resident’s good experiences at the home were summed up by two people, who said, “This place makes me feel really comfortable and safe” and, “I have absolutely no concerns about safety and a lot of that is down to retention of good, hard-working staff”.
Residents also commented, “I really do feel safe here and that is because the staff are brilliant” and “The staff here will not take any chances with safety and that is very reassuring”.
Relatives spoke about our staff and said: “I spend a lot of time in this place and am always impressed by the way in which carers relate to individual residents” and, “The staff seem to work really hard to care for residents and we, as a family, have every confidence in them”.
