Clare Court Win At The 2020 Care Home Awards!

The Staff at Clare Court in Winson Green in Birmingham are jumping for joy as their care home has been recognised as the Best Single Care Home Within A Larger Group at the 2020 Care Home Awards. Current restrictions meant that the usual glitzy evening event normally held at a top London venue had to become a virtual ceremony, but that didn’t reduce the tension as master of ceremonies Alan Dedicoat announced the winners of each award.

Operated by Avery Healthcare, Clare Court stands in an unpretentious residential area and is a care home responding to, embracing, and enhancing the cultural diversity of its residents, staff group, and community, providing modern care as an integral part of an inclusive society. UK care operators are now tasked with providing suitable later life experiences for a range of peoples, cultures, and faiths, where going in to care need not mean giving up on everything that has defined a person’s life thus far. Clare Court was recognised as leading the way in this respect.
