Celebrating the Grand Opening of Bridge Manor
On Thursday 10th August, staff and residents at Bridge Manor Care Home in Wombourne were delighted to celebrate the official grand opening of the home to the broader community in Wombourne and further afield.
Joining the home for the ceremony was Rt Hon Sir Gavin Williamson CBE. Sir Gavin, who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for South Staffordshire since 2010, had previously been given a guided tour around the home and enjoyed afternoon tea with Home Manager Debbie and Deputy Manager Donetta. Sir Gavin was delighted to visit Bridge Manor again, proudly cutting the ribbon to declare the home officially open.
Friends, loved ones and local community members enjoyed complimentary canapés and refreshments in Bridge Manor’s beautiful garden, with face-painting for little visitors. Speaking of the day, Home Manager Debbie Rowley stated, “We all had a fantastic day. We are proud to have built strong links within our local community and to offer high standards of residential, dementia and respite care in a warm and welcoming environment.”
