10 Years of Silvermere

On Tuesday 24th January, Silvermere Care Home in Cobham celebrated its 10th anniversary in style. Residents, staff and guests joined the home for a wonderful day which included a host of activities from fun fair games to arts and crafts and reminiscence of the past decade.

In attendance on the day was a special guest, Mayor of Elmbridge, Simon Waugh, who presented gifts to long-serving team members, Concierge Mel and Hairdresser Denise, for their continuous dedication to the home throughout the last 10 years. Commenting on home life, Simon said, “The staff members have played a tremendous role in creating a brilliant care community for those living in Cobham and the surrounding areas. I look forward to the next 10 years to come.”
