The vibrant décor and full-length windows in the foyer make a stunning impact on entry and prove a popular spot for residents to relax too. Our café on the ground floor opens onto a large rear garden and terrace that surrounds the home, another favourite resting place for residents and their guests.
Bedrooms are equipped with walk-in, en-suite showers, queen-sized beds, DVD players, and flat-screen TVs. Communal areas are bright and airy, and residents have access to a rare and almost unique feature – a large rooftop garden with unhindered views and uninterrupted sunlight.

But when we’re not exploring the local area, you’ll often find us enjoying some fun in our splendid rooftop garden – with its amazing views and big sky. Group activities on a wide variety of subjects are conducted in the ground floor cafe or one of our lounges They’re a great way for our residents to meet and socialise with each other. There really is something for everyone at Avalon Court Care Home in Coventry and, what’s more, guests are always welcome to join in.

We also like to go on trips a little further afield, to get out of our well-positioned residential home in Coventry. We visit local sites of interest such as Warwick Castle for example and occasionally might take a trip to the local pub, garden centre or theatre for an evening out. Our minibus is well recognised throughout the city and the surrounding Warwickshire countryside – we definitely make the most of it!

Our hotel services team work hard with our culinary teams to develop a dining experience that is of a very high standard. And the Chef Team at Avalon Court takes great pride in delivering a choice of nutritionally balanced, delicious seasonal meals that are thoughtful and beautifully presented.
At our Coventry care home, we understand the importance of the dining experience to both residents and their guests. We have a private dining room on the ground floor to cater for special occasions. We also grow our own fresh herbs, with the help of residents, not just to add freshness to our cooking, but also to get residents more involved in food preparation.
Between meals, we’re lucky enough to enjoy a never-ending supply of home baking, tasty treats and healthy alternatives, served up and freely available in our ground floor cafe and lounges throughout the day.

Our Reception is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. To reach our nursing care home in Coventry from the A45 Fletchamstead Highway, take the Torrington Avenue turn-off and continue for 1km. At Station Avenue T-junction, turn right, crossing Tanners Lane onto Banner Lane. We’re visible 1 km along Banner Lane - on the left-hand side. To access Avalon Court, turn left at Wickmans Drive and at the roundabout take the first exit onto Glendale Way.
Avalon Court is open for visits 24 hours a day. Our Reception is open during normal office hours.
