Dedicated nurses provide the highest possible standards in senior living and our qualified team are on hand to provide expert care for many conditions. We provide a home and lifestyle for each resident that supports their needs and considers their unique goals and aspirations.
Our Activities Co-ordinators welcome residents to join in with a range of activities and events, including arts and crafts, flower arranging, afternoon tea parties, knitting and visits from guest speakers and entertainers. In the warmer months, residents make use of our vibrant landscaped gardens, a perfect place for some gentle exercise or to relax with a book. Our community has formed a strong friendship with the Chelsea Pensioners, who regularly visit our Chertsey care home to catch up with our residents and natter over a cuppa and slice of cake.
Chertsey Parklands Manor Care Home has 24 dementia care suites, providing a safe and supportive environment for residents living with dementia. The team provide bespoke care tailored to individual needs, encouraging residents to engage in meaningful activities which promote a sense of achievement.
Life story work allows our team to understand the previous interests, hobbies, and routines of our residents, maintaining opportunities for positive engagement. Popular activities include small group reminiscence, where residents look back over the years and remember major historical events both locally and internationally. Friendships are formed and strengthened during these sessions, and residents remain at the heart of everything we do.
