Birchwood Grange Care Home Hosts Networking Event for Healthcare Professionals

Last week, Birchwood Grange Care Home opened its doors to local healthcare professionals for an exclusive networking event aimed at enhancing collaboration and knowledge sharing within the industry.

The evening provided an invaluable opportunity for attendees to engage with peers, share insights, and builds on professional relationships.

The event featured Councillor Tariq Dar MBE, the Mayor of Brent, as the guest of honour.

“Events like this are vital for strengthening the ties within our local healthcare community. Together, we can enhance the quality of care for our residents,” Cllr Tariq Dar MBE remarked.

The Mayor continued, “The level of care provided at Avery Healthcare is exceptional. With residents from various faith groups, you’ve certainly made everyone feel very comfortable. I’ve observed the elderly residents, and they seem genuinely happy in the environment you’ve created.”

Birchwood Grange Care Home, part of Avery Healthcare and located in Harrow, is renowned for its commitment to providing high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care.

Home Manager of the 150-bed care home, Earl Elliott, expressed his enthusiasm about the event’s impact. He said, “We are pleased to create an opportunity for local professionals to connect, share insights, and work together towards improving care standards.”

Earl continued, “Building relationships with peers in the community can only enhance the quality of care we provide to our residents.”

Attendees included representatives from local authorities, care providers, discharge teams, and children’s homes across the London Boroughs of Brent and Harrow.

Their participation highlighted the diverse range of professionals working together to ensure the well-being of the community.
