Poets Mews Receives CQC Inspection Report
Poets Mews Care Home, in Clevedon, has recently received an inspection report by the care home regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC). During the inspection, the CQC found no breaches of regulation or concern, and when asked, residents said they were happy with their care and provided positive comments about the staff.
Mathan Balasubramaniyan, Home Manager at Poets Mews, said, “I am delighted to receive such a positive inspection report, especially in these times of uncertainty, whereby care homes are facing increasing pressure. Regulations and guidance are changing daily, yet our duty of care to our residents remains paramount. We have gone above and beyond to provide a fantastic service to our residents and their families. This report is a big pat on the back to all the staff at Poets Mews who make it all possible and will undoubtedly provide reassurance to the families of the loved ones that reside here.”
